Not at all. Most clients leave a key, share a door code, or arrange access with us and go about their day. You’re also welcome to stay, especially for your first visit.
Yes, we bring everything we need, including professional cleaning products, cloths, and equipment. If you’d like us to use a particular product in your home, just let us know ahead of time.
A typical visit takes about 2 hours with 2 cleaning professionals, depending on the size of your home and the number of bathrooms. Larger homes or homes with more buildup between visits may take a little longer.
It’s how often we return to clean your home. More frequent visits help keep dirt from building up, so each cleaning is usually lighter and quicker. Visits every other week or once a month may need a little more attention each time.
You don’t need to clean before we get there. It does help to pick up clothes, toys, and personal items from surfaces so we can spend our time cleaning more of your home.
If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning by text or email, with a photo. We will come back and re-clean that area at no charge, usually within two business days. We do not offer cash refunds. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks in your service agreement.
