Our goal is to clean everything that needs attention within your deep-cleaning service, including built-up dirt and the details that need extra time. Regular Cleaning is still a proper, hands-on clean: we clean the stovetop and stove exterior during every regular visit. Deep Cleaning adds appliance interiors and more detailed cleaning of areas like baseboards, fans, doors, and window sills.
If your home has not been professionally cleaned in over 3 months, we recommend starting with a deep clean. For homes that already receive regular cleaning, we recommend a deep clean every 6 to 12 months. Homes with pets, children, or more day-to-day activity may benefit from the more frequent end of that range.
A typical deep clean takes about 4 to 6 hours with 2 to 3 cleaning professionals. It gives us more time in each room to remove buildup, along with appliance interiors and detailed hand-cleaning. Team size and time may vary with your home and its condition.
Yes, that’s what we recommend. Starting with a deep clean helps clear away existing buildup, making it easier for regular visits to keep your home consistently clean.
We hand-clean doors and door frames, baseboards, and ceiling fans; clean all glass doors and their tracks, window sills, and interior window glass; clean inside the stove; clean the oven and refrigerator inside and out; and hand-clean cabinet exteriors. We also move accessible furniture to clean behind and underneath. Regular Cleaning already includes cleaning the stovetop and stove exterior by hand, along with dusting baseboards and fans. The difference is the added scope and attention to buildup, not whether we clean by hand.
If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning by text or email, with a photo. We will come back and re-clean that area at no charge, usually within two business days. We do not offer cash refunds. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks in your service agreement.
